Very friendly staff. Food was delicious 😋. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

Food was very nice. The structures are very beautiful. The restaurant was very beautiful.

No things to keep one active during the day, swimming pool should atleast be heated. For those with families, atleast have play grounds for children. The wifi was very slow and was hanging. Poor phone network connection around the area. As a business person, I missed important calls.

Away from the bustle of Naivasha, serene countryside. Good food and attentive staff.

Very loud music throughout the stay (but was off by evening). That was disappointing because we chose this location expecting it to be relaxing. Housekeeping needs work. Mop was smelly after wiping floors, towels soiled, and cobwebs in bathroom. Also very annoying thar two large windows with treated glass didn't have curtains so the room was bright at night from the garden lights and disturbed our sleep.
