When we complained about the multiple issues with the property, we were issued a partial refund quickly

During self check-in the keys were not where the owner described them to be and in the middle in the night we felt stranded. Thankfully we found them, however this was already a bad start. Thereafter, there was no hot water, only warm water. It was too cold to sleep without a duvet when the AC was on and too cold to sleep without it but no duvet or covering was provided. The door kept slamming in the morning which kept waking us up. The toilet was leaking every time we flushed. We found ants everywhere. When I complained about the hot water, door slamming and duvet, the owner said this is something others don’t complain about, making us feel as if we are being unreasonable. Overall a very poor experience, especially given the very very high price.
