The bath rooms could have been better
GBGBOur cabin/room was actually located at one of their satellite places further along the beach Racha Hotel (we were told about this in advance). The upstairs room turned out to be amazing…fantastic privacy and balcony. The staff really looked after us and the Artisan Bistro staff and food were awesome.

INHad a wonderful stay here. The property is right next to the sea with a beautiful, clean beach just steps away. The rooms and surroundings are very clean and well maintained. The food was excellent — fresh, tasty, and hygienic. The staff provided the best service, always helpful, polite, and quick to assist. There was good fun and a relaxed vibe throughout the stay, making it perfect for both couples and families. Overall, a perfect place to enjoy Goa with great views, great food, and top-class hospitality. Highly recommended!

DEDie grundsätzliche Lage am Agonda Beach ist sehr schön und die bauliche Grundsubstanz der Bungalows lässt das ursprüngliche Potenzial eines Rückzugsortes erahnen. Die bauliche Qualität der Bungalows entsprach oberflächlich den Erwartungen, verlor jedoch durch die irreführende Darstellung der Umgebung im Gesamtkontext jeglichen Wert.
Mein Aufenthalt (geplant 6 Nächte, Abbruch nach nur 1 Nacht) war durch eine wesentliche Täuschung im Inserat geprägt. Statt der versprochenen Abgeschiedenheit befindet sich unmittelbar neben dem Bungalow ein öffentliches Restaurant. Die erhebliche Lärmbelästigung durch Gäste und Musik wird zusätzlich durch nächtliches Hundegebell (gegen 3 Uhr morgens) sowie krächzende Raben am Tag verstärkt. Systemisch fehlt jede Privatsphäre, weil der Weg vor der ‚privaten Terrasse‘ faktisch als ‚Service-Highway‘ für das Personal fungiert. Da die Küche räumlich vom Restaurant getrennt liegt, führt der ständige Laufweg der Mitarbeiter unmittelbar an der Terrasse vorbei.
