Needs renovation
INDoor locks were not in good condition,
INI loved the location.The beach was pristine, something which I was looking forward to ..the most.The food was excellent.The cuisine was mainly Continental and Euoropean.We loved the pasta,the porridge and the English breakfast.They mainly cater to foreigners so not many options for those craving for Indian food.The manager Mr.Roshan was very amiable and approachable.

CHGreat property right at the beach. We saw a dolphin swimming at the beach one morning. It was so peaceful ☺️🙏🏽
INRooms are very big so it’s very comfortable for a beach cottage if you’re looking for some space Balcony is huge and provides a panoramic sea view.
Bathrooms were functional and can be more luxurious
GBThe location is amazing! Looking out to one of the best beaches in South Goa which is immaculately clean. You are surrounded by fantastic shacks for dining and the staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you.
Just a couple of small things - the bathrooms could have used a bit of tlc as the toilet seat was broken and they were quite basic but other than that, we loved our stay.
GBLocation is unbeatable. The staff, particularly in the bar and housekeeping did an excellent job. Would have liked surface space in bathroom for toiletries. Very expensive. It has five star prices but lodges, although I’ve and functional are not luxurious.
