Nothing

Cold room told after stay to have moved desk and turn radiator on. Kitchen a mess bins overflowing, home not cleaned that day, bike in the lounge, no TV in premise, bathroom dirty. I travel a lot and this is worse so far.

Easy to locate

No tv in bedroom no tv in lounge other people making extremely loud noise. Loud partying washing machine going off at 11pm. Room was dirty and very uncomfortable.

Location wàs fine and the room and bed were comfortable As it wasa house in a terraced street, there was no reception or any staff at all The landlord was out of town but accessible by phone and he was very helpful.

My room was way up very steep and narrow staircase.Thr bathroom was down stairs through the kitchen which made it difficult during the night. First day there was no toilet paper

No tv in room or lounge, very Basic, no hot water in tap, if put water in the sink in bathroom, it goes and drains away even with plug down. Didn't sleep well, wasn't comfortable
