Late check-in was possible through their restaurant.
One thing the staff could improve on is to get familiar with booking.com's system. They didn't know how to check on their account, whether I've paid for our stay already or not. I told them that I did, and asked them to check their account, but they insisted me to show my credit card statement instead.
