Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist schön, das Personal freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Die Klimaanlage konnten wir nicht so einstellen, wie wir wollten. Wir haben aber nicht nachgefragt und den Ventilator benutzt.

Location was an excellent base from which to explore Fort Kochi. The view of the sea was great, the A/C in the room was spot on. The hotel restaurant was excellent and catered for all our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had plenty of space and a decent sitting area. The bed was comfortable; the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of space to keep refreshments.

Nothing! The weather in Kochi was, at times, difficult to walk in for long periods due to the humidity but otherwise no complaints.

the basic rooms are good looking but dark and doesn't have windows, we had to pay extra to upgrade so we could get in some sunlight in the room. for the price we paid, its expensive. place is far from main places in fort kochi. food is decent. staff is good and helpful especially in need. shoutout to night staff that helped me and my friend.

rooms can be better especially sunlight. bf options can be better. buffet is sad.
