Good location, bright and good size the rooms…

Very poor cleaning. At the time we arrive to apt we did ask our son ( who leaves in penthouse ) to send his cleaner with her cleaning product/vacuum cleaner to hoover and mop whole floor as apt wasn’t clean properly at All: the hoover , after cleaning, was full of dirt and water was black after washing floor. Also we did wash pillowcases from sofa as it was dirty as well.

It stated toiletries and towels would be included.... me and my friend both left shower gel at home to save suitcase space as it said there would be toiletries there but there was nothing to use. There were towels, but there were only hand towels and so very small when getting out of the shower!

The whole experience at the apartment was great, especially being 30 floors up. The views were fantastic. The apartment was brilliant, my stepson thought it was great to have his own room with his own toilet and shower.

Rooms were not very clean . We had 3 separate 2 bedroom apartments and they varied tremendously in what was available. Furniture was dirty in ours and we only had 3 glasses and no toaster.

Great views, great location

We rented 3 apartments for a family reunion. Some had full sets of plates and glasses others did not. All. we’re grubby at the edges. Food and stains on furniture, greasy kitchen cupboard doors. Keypick up is a nightmare for first time visitors to city and not convienient. Communication around key pick up was very poor.
