Location was great, parking was super convenient, wasnt exceptionally crowded! Elevators were down to 1 or 2 a day or two but were quickly fixed. Checking was perfect, quick discussion with security to park then right up to the room to get in and grab passes and bands. Very smooth!

We loved the view and how close everything was!!

This had nothing to do with the actual property but we when tried to ask for the beach chairs we were told they were already going for the day @ 4 pm .. like really

Lovely condo. Excellent common facilities. The umbrella and beach lounge chair service is a fantastic extra!

Hot tub could be warmer but there is a steam room and dry sauna as alternates.

It's a nice condo but please read what I didn't like.

They charge $210 cleaning fee but expect guests to do all the cleaning. Expect extra charges. Wristbands are $30 each ,so don't lose one.

"The condo and beach were good. The staff was awful. Always mean, rude and yelling at people!!!"

The beach was wonderful. Room was clean and nice.

Most of staff are not friendly and made us not want to come back.
