"Clean, cozy, comfy--a gem in a great location. Will stay again."

Comfy beds, private entrance, nice little deck in back for morning coffee, clean, well-stocked kitchen, window a/c units worked well for the space, quiet neighborhood, off-street parking spot, excellent communication and instructions from owner.

Bathroom can get warm and steamy with no vent and no way to open the window, but since it's down a short private hallway, our small group showered with the door open.

I liked that it was a private apartment and that the area was relatively quiet. Having convenient, permit-free parking is massively appreciated. The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms were perfectly comfortable. So happy there was air conditioning!

absolutely everything! it was such a cute surprise! wonderful location, clean, beautifully decorated, with extra amenities galore! I wish I would have found this gem sooner with my daughter attending college around the corner.
