This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Kingfisher Vacation III 6 Berth 3 bedrooms Close to site entrance in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 75 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Location perfect, campsite nice & quiet, perfect for bringing the dog. Everything was right on doorstep.

Next time staying on site , would have been much better with outside decking.

Location

Fairly dirty. Cobwebs in the bedroom. Left over food in the bin from previous tenants. Stains in the carpets. Cupboards very dirty

"Fantastic would stay again"

Brilliant location very clean caravan and close to everything you could possibly need. Great communication from owners and always fast responses. Caravan park very secure and us as a family enjoyed how close it was to the main attractions of fantasy island

I think the option of a early check in would be good and also did have some issues with shower

How close it was to all the amenities.

Not as clean as the 9.2 rating that it got. The caravan is showing the wear and tear. The shower head is to heavy for the the fitting you have to hold it over your head which makes showering difficult.
