The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was in a good location; very comfortable; so clean; and was well stocked with dishes, a coffee maker (and coffee), fridge, and even a washer and dryer. The owner thought of all of the details that would help make our time there enjoyable. And when we had questions, she responded right away.

no balcony but they were damaged by a storm and are gonna be fixed soon!!

Location was excellent

The Patio door out to a non existent balcony was blocked by a large piece of dirty plywood. Stuffed behind this, on view from the lounge, were various items including a BBQ brush, a door mat, a pot plant and a rolled up bamboo screen. I didn't like that my complaint was not treated seriously in the first instance and I was questioned as to whether I had confused which property I had been looking at when I booked. The junk was eventually removed. I would NOT have booked this property if the photos used to advertise it had been a true reflection of the condition.

All you need is food and clothes, had everything that was needed. Very cozy and quiet.

Back porch was missing. (Storm damage) totally understandable.
