PTLovely house located in a nice and very quiet neighborhood. About a 10 min walk from the train station. We loved it! We were a group of 7 people and the stay was comfortable. Three rooms with three double beds and a couch that sleeps at least one person. Two bathrooms. Lovely home and very well maintained! Essie, the host, was lovely and responds very quickly! Definitely recommend staying here!
One of the previous renters had cooked curry in the house, so the smell was quite strong on the bottom level, but nothing that won't disappear with time. We stayed there for 2 nights plus again on our last night of our 7 day round trip through Scotland and on this second time the smell was definitely much fainter. Absolutely no issues from our part as it didn't interfere with our stay at all and definitely something that's not the host's fault and that they can prevent.

LVThe house was big enough for 5 of us,it was clean and organised for our stay nicely. Our host was very nice and helpful.The location was not very far from city centre. We were located near famous flea market which was very interestig place to visit. Also no problem to park our car.
As we are traveling with child , it was important to be close to city center but it was more complicated to navigate from our stay than i thought as we were using public transport.

CAIt was ok. Served it's purpose. If you wanted a yard, it would be great as there was a big back yard.
It was a 40 min walk not 20 to town. We were told the previous guests had left it spotless so we were able to check in early. However, the downstairs bathroom was dirty and there were other areas such as kitchen cabinets that need a good wipe down. No knives except for a big butcher knife. The vegetable peeler was garbage. No casserole dishes and the frying pans were warped and the coating was peeling off. The beds weren't great. One had a sag in the middle and one had what seemed like a thin mattress topper for a blanket instead of an actual blanket so it was very stiff and uncomfortable. However, We were there to see the city, not hang out in the house so it did the job, had a kitchen so we could cook even if it wasn't well stocked and we felt the need to wash all the dishes before we used them. I did reach out when we left to let them know about the cleanliness issues especially since they had commented on how clean their previous guests had left it, but didn't get a reply back.
