River Side Apartment, City Centre - Beautiful View and Free Parking!

Communication from the owner was prompt and timely. The location is pretty good and easy to find, and an easy walk from the city, and the apartment has a decent outlook across the river. Can't comment on the kitchen facilities as we didn't use them. The lounge seating was comfortable and the TV was up to standard.

The car park entry instructions had recently changed and didn't work for us at first, but did so on the second attempt. The towels supplied and left on the beds were damp which left us wondering if the marks on them were stubborn un-removeable stains despite washing or the result of usage by the previous guests. The beds are just ordinary 4'6" double beds which is pretty small by most accommodation standards today and they weren't terribly comfortable. My wife and I didn't sleep very well and were quite tired the following day. Although the apartment looked clean at first glance there were heavy cobwebs above the wardrobe in the left-hand bedroom and left us questioning the overall cleanliness. The toilet seat in the ensuite was loose and moved around when sat upon. The showers worked well but the layout of the ensuite shower meant water sprayed all over the floor. The main bathroom was a little better. Overall we found the apartment barely adequate for an overnight stop and wouldn't have wanted to stay longer. We wouldn't book to stay here again.

Location for us was great as was there for the ice hockey.

Walls need a coat of paint, floors need a good clean and there was lots of cobwebs in the living room. King size bed would of been nice.

TV, showers, free parking, view

Access to parking very awkward, couch was tired, kitchen had several hinges broken on cupboards, bed linen was stained, beds were squeaky, blinds were on their last legs in lounge, paint was battered with spare screws in wall in several places, en suite bathroom had an odd smell, cutlery was random, towels were small. All in all not the end of the world and nothing a quick refresh wouldn't sort, but not ideal.

Location was great - could walk to city centre and restaurants and Titanic quarter Secure, free car parking

Pillows were a bit hard

Nice, comfortable, quiet, modern flat with secure parking and not far from the city centre.
