River Side Apartment, City Centre - Beautiful View and Free Parking!

The lake view and facilities were outstanding. Loved the place a lot.😃

The property was superb. The riverside location was brilliant. Really clean & welcoming.

A bit of difficulty with the car park gate when first entering but no problems after that

The location was amazing, river view from the living room and 1 bedroom. It was nicely laid out with 2 comfortable, spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room and kitchen were also spacious and comfortable.

This apartment has an induction hob. Unfortunately, none of the pots and pans provided were induction-compatible. That severely limited our ability to cook dinner. The oven and microwave worked fine, however.

It was near the waterfront Hall, were we wear for the day of snooker.

I booked a early check in when we got there the cleaner was there and we missed the first game of the snooker, and later on we could not get a taxi from the apartment to go into town 😑

The location was good, and the apartment had everything we needed.

Loved being next to the water. Close enough to walk to things!

The location was excellent.

The bathroom needed some repairs. And additional cleaning and updates/repairs needed.

We loved the location, it’s perfect. A lovely walk along the river into the city. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to enjoy a bath. Plenty of space inside. Easy to find, and clear instructions beforehand regarding access.

The property really needs some TLC. It is promoted as beautiful but ultimately it fell way short of that. The bathroom is dirty, one of the pillows in the bedroom was stained. There’s a tin bucket full of cigarette ends just outside the door that faces the river. The kitchen sink tap is hanging on by a thread, and the views from one bedroom (non en-suite) were of a discarded weight bench. It would appear that the owner has not heeded previous feedback as several of the issues mentioned above have not been addressed. Would I return? I don’t know is the honest answer! I took a few photographs inside in order to better highlight our observations, but ultimately unless the owner contradicts my review I’m happy to leave this review as it is.
