Good location, close to supermarket and city center

The shower is quite a mess, was ok for a weekend but can understand the trouble for a longer stay

Bagno piuttosto scomodo, la doccia è situata al centro del bagno senza tende di separazione. Nessuna suppellettile in casa per le pulizie (eccetto scopa in bagno per eliminare acqua della doccia), macchina caffè senza cialde, no zucchero, niente spugne in cucina per asciugare o pulire tavolo

The location was terrific.

The flat was very poorly renovated. Bedside lights only reached by standing on bed. Beds were very soggy and soft which might not suit everyone. Sitting room sofa was dirty. On arrival the smell from the bathroom was terrible. Sewage was coming up the basin plug hole. only after reporting it twice was anything done and on reading reviews with more care this was pointed out by several previous guests and as far back as June.The bed in the second bedroom was not made up. This was reported and no apology made. There is no where to put clothes or wet waterproofs. The towels are inadequate. The toilet paper was wet. The shower is a joke and virtually unusable. No welcome pack. Only two coffee capsules which did not fit the uncleaned coffee machine. No explanation provided as to how to get the wall plugs to work in the kitchen (only worked if the overhead light was on!) No suggestions for visits, restaurants, museums etc. Perhaps a note should be made that the steep winding staircase is hazardous with a suitcase. We felt absolutely no effort made by the owners.

Location is nice, near the centre and in a lovely street. Beds are comfortable.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are very narrow, not easy to climb with suitcase and elderly people. There was nothing in the kitchen, not tea bags and the coffee capsules did not match the coffee machine, no sponge or linen to wash either.
