The apartment has everything you need. We slept well and walked around the city centre. There is a convenient parking lot, a shop, a cafe nearby. The centre promenade is a few minutes' walk away.

Location, ease of access, proximity of parking, host availability (quick replies, on point, friendly)

Limited space and somewhat uncomfortable because sloped walls, rather few kitchen appliances (and only electric plug to share among them). Open bathroom not ideal - water spills everywhere when showering.

Recently renovated, touristic area nearby, clean apartment, beds slept well.

There is no cooking appliance (granted, I didn't check either). The toilet is a bit difficult to use if you are a tall male due to the ceiling.
