Разположението на вилата е на тихо място. Добре оборудвана кухня с всичко необходимо, достатъчно постелно бельо и хавлии. Наличие на пералня и добре поддържан двор. Любезен домакин.

Недостатъчно осветление в двете бани и дневната, слабо налягане на водата в баните. Черен, лош път до вилата

Вилата беше много хубава, имаше всичко необходимо.

Пътят до вилата.Участък от около 1км. беше черен път.

am gasit o casa curata, cu o gradina ingrijita. Nu mi-a lipsit nimic pe parcursul sederi, Am avut nevoie de proprietar de 2 ori si de fiecare data mi-a raspuns promt. Ma declar foarte multumita!

Privacy. Quiet. Safe parking near the house. Kitchen well equipped. Very kind host. Enough space for two families.

The lack of AC in one of the bedrooms. Just a fan available. (The other two bedrooms had AC.)

A new build , modern, location is in a quiet place. Parking for approx 2 cars in front of house . 3 bedrooms 2 bigger, one whit a single bed and a pullout. Kitchen big and clean whit basic groceries already bought ❤️ very nice owners .

It was a big turnoff not having a coffee machine . We had to go and buy one so we could have coffee in the morning the water heater wasn’t an option for coffee seriously. Only 2 bedrooms have air conditioning the smaller bedroom only has a ventilator which is kind of un eficient and on the ground floor also no air conditioning it was pretty hot even at night . The kitchen was poorly equipped, no toaster , no sandvichmaker, no vacuum,the fridge was leaking , we even had to buy knives and vegetable peelers so we could cook little food for the kids . If u don’t find this things important then this house is for you. It only needs a little attention to details.

New build cozy maisonette in Nea Fokea is a great place to stay in for a vacation. The host was more than friendly and the communication was very easy. He answered all of our questions, offering help, and let us check in very early. The house is nice, with everything you might need (including washing machine, TV, air conditioning, irons, barbeque, good wi-fi). The yard was big and beautiful, the kitchen and the bathrooms are well equiped. There was additional bed linen. The place is quiet, sunny and there are parking spots behind the house. Afitos is 10 minutes away by car, which is a very good place for shopping, restaurants and beach. Nea Fokea beach is also good, with sand, there are 3-4 taverns on the seafront street. We liked everything and we will recommend it to our friends. Thanks a lot! :)

There is no coffee machine, only an electric kettle. The house is at a good location, but the road is not very good for walking on foot, better to travel with car.
