The apartment is perfect for a family with a teenage kid, the bedrooms are separate, beds are firm and spacious, the kitchen has all the essential appliances plus a dishwasher. Warm and cozy.

The recuperation system was not functioning well. The flat needs better ventilation, which you get by opening your windows, however it is not always comfortable, because you are based on the first floor and quite close to the street. But it's a minor inconvenience.

"A great time with daily visits to the closeby Elektrit punk bar and feely very cozy in the apartment"

Nice modern arrangement. Good kitchen equipment. Great area of town with bars and shopping opportunities close to the city centre.

Additional instructions on waste, separation and disposal opportunities as well as a clotheshorse would be nice. The parking situation is complicated so some tips on this would be helpful.
