Kichijoji Loft Apartment close to JR Chuo Line 12mins to Shinjuku

Appartement petit mais très bien agencé et parfait pour deux personnes. Lits en mezzanine, attention à la tête en se levant ! Matériel fourni en très bon état. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le coin repas avec ses coussins et sa table basse. Bien qu'excentre cet appartement a été un lieu très agréable car éloigné de l'agitation de la ville. Quartier très calme et résidentiel. Permet de découvrir un autre quartier de Tokyo. Station de métro proche. Hôtesse disponible et nous ayant fait une gentille attention la veille de notre départ.

Douche face à la cuisine peu pratique. Cintres en bois à mettre plutôt que ceux en plastique pour une meilleure résistance. Il n'y a rien de négatif à dire. C'était très agréable.

Nice area, very quiet. It's 15 minutes walk from Underground and 25 minutes walk from Kichijoji station, it's a bit far from there but you can take a bus from station and take just 2 minutes walk.

This apartment was fantastic for my two-week stay. Some reviewers mentioned it’s only a place to sleep — I completely disagree. While compact, the layout is efficient and thoughtfully designed. If you actually read the listing, there are no surprises. The kitchen is small but perfectly functional — I cooked at least one meal every day without issue. The sleeping loft is cozy and charming. The water pressure is excellent, and the shower, though compact, delivers an outstanding experience with reliably hot water. All the appliances worked perfectly. The location is unbeatable — quiet, safe, and only about a 10-minute walk to the train station. Along the way are plenty of great little restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery options. I slept deeply every night thanks to the peaceful neighborhood. This is a highly livable space if you’re comfortable with small, well-designed apartments. The seating suits those who enjoy sitting cross-legged or on the floor, which I personally loved. The host was exceptionally responsive and kind. I’d come back here in a heartbeat. The only minor downsides were the occasionally spotty Wi-Fi and the lack of hand towels in the bathroom. A few extra hooks in the kitchen for towels or rags would be a simple improvement.
