Location, and design.

Booked a private boat tour with the owner. The boat that was promised was not the boat we had. The boat was about 20 years old and in terrrible condition. The bathroom was not working. Was suppose to be given drinks and snacks. Was given warm water and warm beer once! The skipper asked us where we wanted to go. When it was suppose to be already planned. We were given instructions on a meeting point that was changed the day of check in and not communicated properly to us. We ended up at the original meeting point at 8:00 and no one showed up. We called and were told where to meet and it was at a further location that we had to walk to in the blistering heat and it was for 9:00. We got to this location and no one was there to meet us. I had to call again to finally get the number to the skipper. Call him and he said he was going to be a little late. He showed up at 9:40! So we ended up waiting almost 2hrs for a terrible boat that was not the one promised. Please book your own private tour and not through the owner. I felt like we been robbed of our money.

Very clean, and a very great location

Clean, we appreciated the two bathrooms, very much appreciated the espresso machine and supplies, air conditioning good. Mattresses very comfortable too!

I would have appreciated a second set of keys.

The apartment is very large and clean. We needed a washing machine and it worked great. The beds are comfortable and the AC worked great.

The check in process wasn’t ideal. We had booked a tour with the company that runs the apartment. They didn’t seem to connect with each other. We had an issue on drop off and we’re told he was on his way. It took over 15 min even though I’d been in contact with where we were on the tour. I found it odd that this is the same company- yet I was the one on in communication about our arrival and not the driver for our tour. The person that checked us in was not very polite. Just rushed and seemed irritated. When I asked later for help with a taxi he just gave me a number. I don’t speak Italian so it would have been nice if he had at least booked this for us. It was my one and o my request.

Location was perfect. Parking garage close by. Host was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

the apartment was perfectly situated near the train station and the city centre. It was big, new, and clean.

In the end of our stay, there was a misunderstanding about the price of the drop-off at the airport. However, the issue could be resolved eventually with the manager, who was very helpful and understanding of the situation.

the location and the size of the apartment. We had 6 adults in the apartment and it never felt like it was to small of a space. the 2 full size bathrooms was also great with 6 people. in addition I was unsure how the sofa bed would be but it was probably the most comfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on.

the sink plugged up in one of the bathrooms and I notified the property manager and it did not get resolved before we left.
