I would give a 10/10 rating if this place had more towels Two towels in total for two persons is pretty tight ;) Nothing to dry dishes with

The property was in a perfect location and exactly what we needed, as I ta was taking part in the Great North Run. The metro was just around the corner and within easy walking distance. The property was clean apart from a few stains on the bedroom carpet but apart from that it was fine.There are plenty of shops nearby which was very convenient. The bed was really comfortable.and bedding was nice and new.

We ended up parking our car on the street round the side as we weren't comfortable parking it on the back street. There is a pub directly opposite that was in full flow when we arrived. We did enjoy listening to the karaoke from the lounge area. If you are after a quiet stay then maybe it's not ideal We would stay here again.

Please give better directions for parking, i.e., the road name. 114b didn't come up on the map. I didn't park in the alley way bit outside 114b because it looked tight. Better the road off it

No tea spoons but would not complain about anything at all and will definitely stay again .

Bottle of wine on arrival and tea/coffee/biscuits provided. Netflix available - great television and comfortable sofa. Great central location and bedroom is set back from the high street. Easy walkable access to pubs and takeaways. Super clean and tidy - everything provided that you would need. The bed was super comfortable and the wifi was excellent. Even a desk to work from provided in the room and managed to park very close to the flat for free - lots of free street parking available very close to the flat too. Excellent communication from the host - answered all questions really quickly and explained everything brilliantly. Thank you so much, it was a wonderful stay.

No milk in the fridge or coffee mate but there is an Aldi opposite the flat. Heaters took a while to kick in - advise putting them on full blast; it was an exceptionally cold weekend to be fair. A little bit noisy but to be expected from the central high street location. Keys are very difficult to turn in the doors - takes a bit of practice; there's a definite knack to it. Could do with a hand towel on a towel rail in the bathroom - used the bath towel to dry my hands on and hung on hooks just outside the bathroom door.
