Townhouse Oak JVH Hotel Bangalore

Except the location nothing was goodshaking, and water was not there for some hours. Ultimately very bad hotel to visit

Very badly maintained rooms, no TV, no cleanliness, room was over allocated Had to wait for the allocation. No towel in the room, inspite of asking for towel and water it never came.. No contact no to call from the room, no phone in the room. Taps were

Food taste in the hotel is good. Only food satisfied me, front look and hotel look only good. Not the room

Even tho paid for exta bed , no space for that bed, no space to walk in the room , no tv, fridge is not working, toilet pipe is very bad no hot water, not providing drinking water we need to pay for that, rooms are look like very old room there are patches switch board not working , asked more than 20 times for ac remote they didn't provide us, if we ordered food it take more than 1 1/2 hours to provide even tea

The hotel had all kinds of facilities you expect, but maintenance of the place wasn't great.. the staff were really great and very helpful. Easy check in and check out. One good thing was the staff working there.

Cleanliness of the sheets and pillow. Although I saw effort to keep the room clean, sheets and pillows were dirty. Hotel was really good but the cleanliness and maintenance wasn't. Also location wise, if u are going by bike, u may be able to park in front. If in car, we had to park in the nearest metro station parking and walk to the hotel as roads are really narrow and no parking available
