Electric main box kept tripping but we turned the switch back up , shower needs attention as it went cold after 2 showers .

It was small but clean, freshly decorated and well appointed.

The 2nd room only had a pull out bed, which would be ideal for young families, less so for a group of adults.

The property was in the ideal location for our visit to Portmerion - right opposite the enterance! The owner Gemma responded quickly to all my messages and the house itself was super clean and cosy. It had everything you could need for a short stay, even had a hairdryer in the bedroom. There was free parking just across the road and it was easy to access the property following Gemma's instructions. There is a good bus service which we used to visit the towns either side of Minffordd, Porthmadog and Penrhyndeudraeth. This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Portmerion and I would definitely recommend it.

Location was excellent, comfortable and clean

It could have been clearer that the twin room was a pull out bed under the single - it is there but I just didn't realise when booking

Good location easy drive around near

Very close to port merion and a lovely playground across the round for the kids to play.

Small but lovely house with all the things that you'd require to have a nice vaccation. Couch and beds were very comfy, the decor was nice and bathroom blew our minds with the electronic toilet. It's close to the steam railway station and Portmeiron.
