Bron Eryri - Our Cosy House opposite the entrance to Portmeirion!

The guesthouse was clise to Portmerion and Snowdonia so the location was perfect for us. The guesthouse was clean and nicely decorated and provided us with plenty of space for our 2 night stay

The location and the cleanliness of the property

Location was great.

Heating wasn't working in the front room (window) heater and the main bedroom. Ended up at fourteen degrees. Damp / mould stains in the corner of the bedroom.

Bron Eryri was perfect for us it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable it had everything you could want for a lovely holiday with the amazing Portmeirion right on its doorstep

In our eyes there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like at Bron Eryri a fantastic place to stay

No garden space

Perfect location, and free parking. Comfortable.

Dirty plates in cupboard from previous guests. Main bedroom headboard very squeaky on the slightest of movement

We were there to visit the colourful village of Portmeirion and this property was in walking distance of it. It is a lovely property.

There was nothing to not like

The location was exactly what we needed. As described right opposite the gates for the Port Meirion and 5 minutes walk from Minffordd Station on National Rail and the Minffordd Station on the Ffestiniog Railway. The house is small (it's old and traditional, so steep stairs also) but it's well-equipped. Utensils in the kitchen are good - proper sharp knives for instance. It you've looked at a map, you'll have seen the Milnffordd is a very small village with no shops or pubs so you need to bring food with you or purchase in Porthmadog.

House is as described, nothing to complain about.

Lack of heating - no one to come and sort it out when I advised the main one was not working. Sofas were not clean evidence of stains. Just not at all cozy. Slept and left. Had brought food / books for a lazy couple of days!! ( did neither) No heat in bathroom. Very expensive for what you get.
