F51 Room with private bathroom near the beach in shared apartment

Non mi e piaciuto nulla dirgli sporco è fargli un complimento! Le lenzuola visibilmente non cambiate dal soggiorno precedente vicino al letto braccialetti di serate non nostri quindi neanche la decenza di passare la scopa tra un soggiorno ed un altro! Il bagno con le unghie tagliate per terra e i sanitari vomitevoli! Sulle lampade sopra al letto ciuffi di capelli incastrati di chi non so! La doccia a vasca senza nemmeno una tenda cosi immaginate il lago a terra ! Potrei aggiungere mille cose come l armadio rotto che una volta aperto puzzava e dentro almeno 1000 blatte morte e vive! Indecente

- La localisation parfaite : proche des ferries, bus, restaurants et plage juste à côté ! - La grande superficie de la chambre - La climatisation : indispensable ! - la salle de bains privative - l'ascenseur dans l'immeuble ( appartement situé au 4ème étage) - Immeuble calme - Avoir accès à une cuisine commune et notamment un frigo

- Les consignes pour la récupération des clés n'étaient pas très claires

From the very beginning, we had trouble understanding the instructions on how to enter the house — they were unclear. The owner did not answer the phone during our late-night arrival, and if one of the other tenants hadn’t been there, we would have been left without a place to sleep for the night. Secondly, our room definitely needs renovation. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, which made this one of the worst rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Third, we experienced an ant invasion in the room. However, the owner responded quickly, offered a refund, and moved us to another room — we didn’t even ask for that, which was fair and appreciated. Fourth, we were informed only about two days before our arrival (when we were already charged) that there was a problem with the bathroom tiles due to plumbing issues. We were asked if we wanted to cancel, but given the late notice, it would have been hard to find an alternative at a reasonable price. I understand the owner was probably surprised by the issue too, but unfortunately, we were affected by it. That being said, the owner speaks very good English, is responsive, and we had no problems with her attitude.

The host Luisa is very friendly and even let us leave the bags before check in.. The mattress was super comfortable as well as the pillows. The ambient was cool, with all the plants and dimmed lights. AC worked perfectly. You can use the kitchen and have your shelf inside the fridge. There is a little balcony in the kitchen where we ate breakfast with the view of the coast. Bus station is 2 minutes by walk, also the beach.. Very good👍🏼👍🏼

That we had to pay cash for our stay..

Host was very kind and friendly. You have the feeling that you are guest at her home. Very pleasant stay. Flexible to manage the arrival and departure time . Sharing kitchen and living room . You can cook and leave groceries at fridge.

There was one crockroach in the barhroom, but she hide immediately 🤣
