Pets friendly apartment, Next to the Marina and Arroyo de la Miel

The property has good potential with a good location and a nice sized patio. It was easy to check-in with the description from the property.

Unfortunately when we arrived the apartment had mildew issues throughout, the smell was very strong when we opened the door. See attached photos. At least as of April 6th, 2025 it's not in a safe livable condition. The property managers did apologize, but they did not offer any resolution and was oblivious to our concerns. We were booked for 11 nights, but only spent 1 night due to the condition and the smell. Booking.com adviced us to leave due to health risks to our children. If I was considering booking this I would ask for proof of a mold remediation and updated photos. They had painted over the mildew walls with white paint (for example the master bedroom is teal in the booking.com photos, but now white). I've asked for a refund, but have not gotten any help from booking.com or the property. We ended up spending a significantly larger amount on two last minute hotel rooms. I'm an Airbnb host myself and I would never rent out a property to someone in that condition and if a guest has any concerns I solve it right away whether that be refunding them or any other solution. Apart from the mildew, the pool was closed (even though booking.com said it was open during our stay), the patio had a broken chair and other junk left (not very inviting), the sofa bed was broken and there's only 1 bunk bed (not 2 as listed on booking.com).

Really enjoyed my stay the place is exactly what it look like in the photo also a min away a swimming pool but it wasn't open when we were there .the outside is great for sunbathing and eating .there a big decking and it on ground floor this place had everything we needed it just made our holiday perfect for us there 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and big lounge and kitchen amazing

Super close to shops bars and take aways and also the lovely patio garden fir my chihuahuas

The quietness and safety of the location. Also, it was close to restaurants and a supermarket.

Climbing the hills to get there was a challenge. Also, I think it would be a nice idea to have a bottle of water in the fridge as a welcome, especially for guests who arrive late at night.

Very quiet area, pool was lovely and flat was cool and modern.

There was a leak with one shower, so some attention needed and we couldn’t use it.

Lovely apartment. Everything you needed. Very comfortable. 2 bathrooms are a bonus. Pool was great and never busy. 5 mins walk to beach and 10 mins to marina. Really liked Bonanza square only few minutes walk. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend. Easy check in and communication.

Nothing really

The bunk beds were uncomfortable, moving all night and making noise. The sofa bed when we opened it was full of dirt and food crumbs( bread, cereal etc) and the sofa bed was broken, noone came to fix it finally we had to support it on 2 chairs and use it for 2 nights. Very uncomfortable.Apart from that there were cockroaches in the bathroom and the dishwasher didn’t work as someone had filled the salt compartment with sand.

The apartment was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the private garden

The pool was closed the entire time with no forewarning… we would have cancelled if we had of know this in advance …when we spoke to the host she said it was up to us to have enquired beforehand …. When you book an apt in Spain you expect the pool to be open !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very unsatisfied with this and the communication
