AUThe check in process was really poor. They do not tell people it is a serviced apartment with no reception. All i got was an email asking me to show id which looked fake. Couldn't even charge my phone because the power sockets weren't available. Very poor. The young lady did eventually help me but no paas key to get up and down the lifts. This is the 1sr time I've ever given a 1. Please make your check in, instructions clearer.
ZALocation is good. The Residence building in itself was good, nice pool, gym and easy access to mall. The view from my room was excellent. I liked to have amenities and the bathroom.
The cleanliness of the place was disaster for me, do not look under the bed. I had dirty plates in my cupboard, the skirtings are full of dust and there was a cockroach upon arrival in my room. The tv cupboards was also broken and does not look like the photos. The room is definitely smaller than it looks on the photos. The Netflix and Amazon Prime works only for scrolling but when trying to watch it loads only to 24% and doesn't work ever again. Luckily I had my laptop to use.
