Loved the view from the apartment and the rooftop is amazing. The apartment is nicely decorated and very clean. The drinking water tap was a great bonus. Shops and restaurant at ground level - very convenient. Car parking is available. Right beside the ferry terminal for island hopping - a must do when visiting Kota Kinabalu.

It is a shame there is no washing machine inside the apartment - you have to go to an external laundrette outside on the ground level to pay to use. The gym facilities could also be expanded and improved but they are still in the building stages. The pool and garden was not yet finished and opened February 2023.
