Everything about the property was excellent! Extremely easy to access the door code & the internet. Very large and spacious for family that stayed with us a few nights. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, essentials, pots and pans, silverware, etc

Really the only thing that was a tiny bit inconvenient was that our cell phones didn’t have service in the main living room, we had to go to the dining room area to use our cell phones!

Perfect little stay while our house was getting painted. Met all the needs we needed.

It was very comfortable and clean. Good location….quiet neighborhood but not too far away from things. Nicely stocked with essentials.

My only thing that I might suggest is a tv in the master bedroom and cups in the bathroom. There were lots of towels but only one washcloth.

Big enough to have our 3 kids over and new grandchild. Kitchen table big and comfortable for games and meals.

Rad place. Super spacious, and a great place to crash. Close enough to Peoria Sports Complex if you're playing there, while far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of the 83rd street complex. Super quiet neighborhood, calm street, nice neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, there's a grill and a smoker in the back, and the appliances are new and work great. Beds are comfortable, and there's two giant TV's in the place. Really cool fans and lights, and the wifi is great. Would absolutely stay here again when we're playing in Peoria,

The property is a bit dated, and the furniture and window coverings are budget. It's totally fine for the price, but it could definitely be better. The main shower is a little weird, and some of the decorations are a little odd, but it tracks with the price. If it was better accommodated, it should be more expensive, because it's a steal right now. Trash hadn't been taken out in a long time, so there was no room in the bins for us to put the trash we produced the 4 days we were there. There's a giant room with almost no seating in it, it's weird, but it's okay.

The property was large, clean, and in a great neighborhood. It had a nice backyard for our dogs, which was important to us and finding a rental.
