Restaurants and shops nearby. Pool and gym area was good to have. The man we dealt with was very helpful and tried hard to quickly solve all the issues we were having.

When we arrived, we were told they couldn't take our payment via booking.com, and we had to get the cash or do a bank transfer. Would have been helpful to have been told that in advance. There were dirty towels in the cupboards in both bedrooms, and the ones meant for us to use weren't neatly folded up. They were slung over the bathroom doors and looked like the towels you put on the floor rather than one you use. One was so old it was like sandpaper. When we complained, Evans did go out and buy some more, but only 3 and not 4, so we didn't each have a new one. Also, a 2nd towel for everyone would be helpful so we can have one for the body and one for the hair. My teenagers shared a bathroom, and when the 2nd one took a shower, the drain was blocked and flooded the hallway, the kitchen, and part of their bedroom. It was like a mini river. However, to give credit, Evans did organise someone to come and mop up. The living area is no good for a family. There is one sofa and then only hard high chairs in the kitchen. Therefore, we couldn't all sit and relax together. There is space for another sofa, but at the moment, this apartment isn't suitable for a family. The toaster didn't work, and there were only 4 plates, 4 bowls and a couple of glasses. The kitchen was not really stocked adequately for more than 2 people. We were meant to stay for 7 days but moved out after 3 days.

Helpful and friendly staff, great location, nice views and the pool looked nice although we didn't use it

The apartment wasn't as clean as it could have been, my wife had to clean the bathroom before we could use it. Also the bed was a bit hard and the pillows were too flat

Washer didn’t work wasn’t fixed the whole time we was there WiFi was extremely poor had to get someone out twice to fix it

I really enjoyed my stay at the Luxury Labone Apartments. The apartment was exactly described and i felt very comfortable during my stay. The location is pretty unbeatable as you’re just a walk from many great restaurants, ATM’s and clubs/lounges (if that’s your thing). Both the host and owner of the apartment were extremely accommodating, even fitting a full length mirror ahead of my arrival. Would highly recommend this property and hope it’s not fully booked when I request to stay there next :).

It’s really hard to pick what I didn’t like about the property. If i had to pick something, I would say the washing machine was a slightly older model.

Expensive but worth it. All the staff at the Edge are very helpful. The views of Accra from the rooftop pool are breathtaking.
