Greenings Apt Warrington - 2 Bed with FREE off road Parking & Wifi

Location was very good, short walk to big supermarkets and the centre of Warrington

Cleanliness was poor, bathrooms needed a deep clean, cooker hob was stained and dirty, freezer was frozen shut

The location was great

I haven’t received the deposit back yet.

it is close to the city centre but the area seems dirty and fluffy.

The apartment seems a bit hard to find. Not enough signs that tell you the direction.

2 bathrooms helped me a lot because one of them had an on suite.

Location Very quick to respond to any queries before arriving. Felt safe and surrounding area is very friendly,with great parks. Great price too.

Nothing to dislike. Couldn't find tea towels at apartment,but maybe it was me that could not find them,would have been useful. I think apartment could do with blackout blinds as well to improve the quality of sleep,but again,this is personal preference.

Myself & my friend stayed here for creamfields festival. The location was good, half hour away from the festival & about 20 min walk to the city centre. The apartment was spacious for 2 people. The showers were quote powerful.

The information on this complex says family neighbourhood, no smoking complex... the complex was really in need of a revamp. The whole floor upon entering stank of stale cigarettes and greasy food. It was grim, rough and unpleasant looking. Did not have a nice family feel. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor. The whole apartment needs a makeover. It smells of an old folks home. The carpets are old & every wall needs a coat of fresh paint. The bedrooms need new mattresses, not comfortable & each bedroom needs curtains. 1 bedroom has a wardrobe, other other doesn't. 3 hangers are not enough. The windows don't open a lot and we really needed to air the place out. 1 toilet roll for a 5 night stay for 2 people also. There was leftover soap & shower gel in the bathroom. These need to be binned. The kitchen utensils were all old and the frying pan full of grease. The freezer had a bag of used ice in it, again, needed to be cleared out. The sitting room areas sofas are ripped & taped up. When you sit on them you may aswel sit on the floor. There were throws & cushions on them which seem like they've never been washed. There was an ironing board and the cover is filthy !! My friend and I had to go to the shops to buy candles, febreeze & disinfectant and we felt the place was crawling. We were so uncomfortable that we slept with our clothes wrapped around the pillows. We washed down everything in the apartment just to feel it had been somewhat cleaned. We had booked the extra night as a day to chill out after the festival before returning home, but on this day we left & went to the city centre instead. Not comfortable & not relaxing. The cost was almost £900 plus a £250 deposit for damages. This is extortionately priced for this accommodation. They need to do a deep clean and have the proper amenities before charging a price like this
