Air-conditioned, 2 room Apartment with balcony, new building Rača

Clean and tidy with all the utilities

The Airconditioner is only in the living room not in the bedroom need to keep the bedroom door open for the room to be cooler still it's not effective, there is no screen in the bathroom to prevent spillage from shower leading to wet floor and it's slippery because of it apart from this two shortcomings it's a good accommodation for family

Location has parking. Apartment is spacious.

AC didnt cool at all despite the property being called “air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment”.

Everything was perfect. The house was clean and had all the necessary things in it. The house was warm and the beds were comfortable.

I don't have

Very nice apartment, comfortable and cozy, you have everything you need even for a long stay, microwave, washing machine, clothing dryer, coffee maker, dish washer... Neighbourhood is great and the city center is 10-15 min away by a car. I will definitely recommend it to anyone. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, good sized apartment with all neccessary facilities and parking near the building. Clean rooms and modern kitchen. Perfect for families. We were only there a short time so we did not have the opportunity to try local transport but the city centre is a fairly short drive away.

The space was bright, the internet was fast, and the shower was hot. The blankets were comfortable, the beds were very firm, and the AC worked very well. The location was perfect for our needs (15 minute walk to Raca main street and 15 minute walk to Lidl). The kitchen was well-equipt for cooking (good pans and utensils). The unit was also spacious.

The hosts tried to charge us extra for the city tax even though we had already paid it through our booking.com reservation. Be cautious if they tell you to pay more. The host were also not very responsive. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable for two people (would probably be fine for one person). There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. The floor was also a bit dirty. There is no shower curtain so the bathroom floor gets soaked when you shower. Also, one one set of keys for four guests was a little difficult to manage.
