A very nicely presented flat. Has its own parking space outside the flat, in a nice little cul-de-sac location. 10 minute walk to lots of pubs and restaurants. 15 minute drive to Hull centre shopping and the marina.

Nothing that we didn't like. The flat was having some final finishing decoration done, by the looks of it, with the bathroom door frame partially painted and masking tape still over the pull cord switch fitting. Once this very minor work is complete then the place will be immaculate. A credit to the owner. We would stay here again, if we visit Hull in the future. We were in Hull for our sons graduation at the university. It was a great location to operate from over the 3 days we were in Hull.

"Lovely property in a nice area"

Lovely property in a nice area walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants, clean and provided tea/coffee, easy to contact hosts, comfortable bed, would definitely stay again.

Would be perfect if there was some shower gel / soaps etc in the bathroom but everything else was perfect

Warm and welcoming, clean nice extras like milk and butter

Kids bed was a bit uncomfortable, next time we will utilise the sofabed which was comfy

It was very nice, spacious place,had everything what you need it.. Would definitely stay again

I didn't know the flat is upstairs and we've got 18months old boy and we had to watch him all the as there were stairs going to the flat and like every child loves stairs..But wouldn't put us off from staying again..

"Great apartment"

The apartment was fantastic. Everything we needed and in a very quiet spot. Only there for one night but will definitely keep in mind should we be back in Hull at any point. Host was great at responding to messages.

Very nice flat, beautifully furnished and clean. Great communication with Claudia and very accommodating with our requests. Would definitely stay here again.

The mattress on the bed wasn't the comfiest, but we were so tired we slept through
