Enjoyed our stay here as a family of six. The property was clean and well equipped. The location was excellent and the views were amazing. Supermarket across the road. Host was responsive. Located on the first floor with a small lift. No issues throughout our stay. We would recommend and return.

Beautiful apartment, great location, very clean and comfortable easy access to everything. Hosts communicated well, we loved our stay.

The property was very spacious and nice. Communicating with the staff upon arrival was slightly stressful as we had been told we could leave our bags at the property but then told we could not when we arrived and were outside of the door waiting. Additionally; the arrival driver arranged by property owner did not drop us at the correct location when we arrived. This was remidied and our driver for our transfer out was fantastic and very helpful though. We would stay here again, just make other arrangements for your bags if you plan to arrive before check in.

Staff communication could be improved

Beautifully furnished, top quality appliances and fixtures, extremely clean, easily located and simple access to entry.

The property was spacious and modern and in a great location. The living area and bedrooms were large and very comfortable. Highly recommend this accommodation for a family or two couples.

The location was perfect. Valeria was very helpful with suggestions about restaurants, beaches, and stores around the property. The views were incredible.

Amazing location and staff was outstanding at helping us with a cooking classes and other logistics. House was very nice!

Major complaint is the poor responsiveness of the rental agent. We have rented apartments all over Europe , USA and Caribbean for years. We have never experienced this lack of timely response to requests through texting, booking.com messaging or phone calls. Took over a day and several requests. Also Called her number and she did not answer the phone or call back. Many things can happen that need immediate response. Or at least within the hour. For example, lost keys, trouble getting into Apt, loss of hot water, power issues, security issues etc etc. I finally asked via text how do we get in touch with you if we have an urgent request. The answer finally came back as…text or call me. Well that’s what she said when she was orienting us to the apartment and that didn’t work. Actually we didn’t feel anyone had our back in case of a real need. Otherwise she was friendly on check in and was quick to text us check out instructions on the last day. I would have given this property all high marks if it wasn’t for this. The only other complaint was the bed was like sleeping on bricks. I had to pad it with bed pillows in order to sleep in it. Maybe supply rooms with a memory foam topper that can be used if necessary. There are also signs that indicate to leave towels on floor if you want them replaced. But there was no maid or linen services all. So that was contradictory.
