I felt that the request for R1000 for breakage really detracted from the visit. Also the apartment was cold and there was no form of heating
ZAI like the intimacy the property gives, it looked exaclty as portrayed on the pictures online, and having a washing machine and having all the necessary cosmatics and basic needs in the kitchen was amazing. Also, I loved the peace of mind the property gives, no noise or scary vibes in and outside the property. Thank you.
I wouldn't say there's anything I didn't like, but there's always room for improvement with everything in life.
ZAI liked the location close to the beach and complex close by. That’s the only thing I liked.
Apartment was not clean, bedding was not changed and found some inappropriate dirt on the lounge. Loren was not always available mostly not answering calls. 31 Jan 2025 there was load shedding and no backup lights available, not even candles so we sat in the dark. The rooms had a bad smell of smoke like someone had just smoked there, On arrival they did not keep to the check in time which is 14:00pm as written on this website. We checked in 1hour later cos they were cleaning😢 only to check in to a dirty apartment. No hand wash, shower gel or anything no care in the world for their guests. Only received all the shower gels and hand washes on Saturday but checked in on Thursday. Service was bad. The apartment on its own is nice if they can just do a proper cleaning of it. The place is dirty!!!!!! Took pictures of the dirty bed and sent to them 😥 they changed the bedding on Saturday morning. We were with kids in there 😒 condom papers is a bit extreme🫣 how did you clean the place ?
