Bella Vista - cozy apartments with easy check-in and free parking

Great location! 15 minutes walk to the Old City. Lucia was extremely helpful and always in touch. The apartment is very well equipped, the bed linen and towels are immaculate. Hot water is always enough, air conditioner keeps you cool even on very hot days. There were some welcoming drinks, and we discovered great local wine which we enjoyed during our stay. Felt like home!

The owner was super helpful and friendly. We had a stocked Refrigerator with Coke/wine/Fanta when we reached. We needed mosquito repellent and the owner had it delivered within minutes. She was super helpful with logistics and other help as well. She was definitely the most amazing host we've had. Oh.. and they had a laundromat. Most helpful when on a long vacation!

The apartment is tiny. As in really tiny. It was super hard for the four of us. The location isn't that great. It is about a 1.1km walk to happening part of town. It is in a relatively run down neighborhood. And there is a stadium next door - gets very loud with any activity happening there (we had a car race going on). The air-conditioning doesn't work too well - it cools down the living room but we were very uncomfortable in the bedroom. Certainly not one of the better places we stayed in while in Croatia.

Everything was great, Lucia the host was really quick to respond to any question, she also left us some drinks and coffee. It's great location, 15min walk from the city centre and 20min walk to beautiful beach.

I was very satisfied, the accommodation was comfortable and equipped with everything necessary, parking without any problems, I recommend it.

Just two steps from the center. The coffee machine, the snacks and some cold beer. Thank you! Sleep in the bed, not on the sofa, if you have to choose :)

The view is a bit hidden, so if you imagine to enjoy it with a glass of vine - in will be difficult. We went to the city :) The sandy beach is in walkable distance.

I highly recommend this place. Very good location, you can reach in short walking distance the old town, the beach, restaurants, there are also grocery stores nearby and public transportation stop. The apartment is so cozy, with great amenities, very clean and with a beautiful view. Communication with the host is excellent.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped.The bed and sofa was super comfy. The host was very friendly and communicated patiently throughout our entire stay.Even Lucia was so prompt and kind enough to inform us that my husband left behind a Shirt during checkout and kept it in a safe box for us to pickup.The fridge was equipped with some food and drinks.

One negative part is the bathroom was too small.Water kind of kept spilling out due to small space inspite of the shower curtains.

Our host, Lucia was amazing, she provided everything one would need, even with a one year-old with us. The apartment is very nice and comfortable and with just 15 mins walk we were at the old town of Split.

The appartment was very well equipped, clean and very well located, 10 minutes on foot from the old town. The owner Lucia was very kind, helpfull. The kitchen was very compact, we hade coffee for free also for 1 week.

For tall and big people the shower cabin could be a little bit narrow.
