SorrentoVibes - Seaview Home on the beach & amazing views terrace

Easy self-check-in. The host sent a video explaining the procedure. The apartment enjoys a lovely sea view. The garage private car service was good.

The property does not have a passenger lift. You have to carry your luggage down / up two floors of stairs. The common area was not clean, with several items and construction materials on the stairs landing. The shower was too small, and the furniture was very different from what is shown in the pictures; for the same price, one could have stayed in a hotel with breakfast and housekeeping.

The view was amazing

There were many steps up to the apartment. This apartment may not be easy for people with health issues.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. Nothing could beat the view of the sea with a nicely designed apartment. The balcony from the bedroom and the private one above the apartment was a nice addition. The kitchen was well equipped. They even gave us free snacks and water for our stay. The apartment was near lots of restaurants. It was quite lively at night, great location if you want a view of the water. Also, they were kind enough to let us check-in early.

The bed was soft but it was a 2 inch memory foam on top of a spring mattress. Every time my companion moved, the entire bed/mattress moved. A better mattress would have been nice. The shower is small and could use a little updating (it didn't match the nicely designed rooms). The biggest issue I had with this apartment was that it was run by "Sorrento Vibes." After reserving this apartment, they sent me text messages of tours they offered. We arranged an Amalfi coast tour with their company (Sorrento Vibes). Initially, in March, they quoted me 260 Euros (which was what was on their website) for a private tour in September. By June, they changed the price to 420-470 euros. We still went ahead and scheduled it. The person doing the reservations had to be corrected several times because the information on the confirmation messages were wrong. Then the driver changed the time of departure without my consent. At one point, I called the person who welcomed us (the one who gave us keys to apartment) to complain about the driver they arranged for us and he hung up or phone got cut off mid conversation. But we didn't get a call back for over 30 min. It was so disappointing. We didn't like how we were treated. We ended up cancelling it. I would recommend going to a reputable company or one highly recommended by a friend to get you a reliable driver for tours.

This is a perfect little apartment for a family - with all the facilities close by, the port Marina Grande is at your doorstep as well as many delicious restaurants, cafes and amenities. I loved the rooftop balcony and the space provided. We were so comfortable here!
