"Good and cost effective."

Great location. Free parking. Shared Kitchen facilities that was quote good and well organised and labelled . In the room facilities was good enough.

A bit noisy (creaking above) and people coming in and out can be noisy. There was no proper breakfast as advertised; but there was coffee and tea. Had to buy my own breakfast but that’s ok since there was a shared fridge where dedicated sections allocated for the rooms was properly labelled. Wish there was a little work table in the room.

The room was comfortable whereas the bathroom had an excellent shower but rather tiny. Cleanness at very good levels. The kitchen offered all the utilities.

It was 25 minutes'walk from the centre but in a quiet and safe area. This was not a problem for us but it has to be pondered for alternative ways to reach the hotel.
