Very convenient and comfortable for families. Good location! Was pleasantly surprised with the pool facilities - big, clean, calm, easy to access.

Just need to improve on adding more mirrors, cloth wall hooks, and storage space for toiletries in toilet. Adding another access card if possible, hard for multiple family members to go in and out separately.

The staff were amazing.Could not have been more helpful and communication was great.Beds comfy and the place was spotless.Pool area was really pleasant. A short walk to ioi city mall.Parking was great

Having one set of keys was annoying as security doors were everywhere.
