The views were beautiful! The apartment was very clean and nice and close to the boardwalk. It was nice to have parking.

Salón amplio y tener dos baños. Comunicación con el anfitrión excelente.

Al llegar al portal nos encontramos con escaleras que no se anuncia y es bastante incómodo para ir con peques o personas mayores.( minusválidos ni pensarlo) Las almohadas son muy finas , luz insuficiente en uno de los dormitorios.

- Quiet location and within walking distance to the beach -Parking

-The day before our arrival, the property contacted us to inform us that the bathtub was not working and offered a free cancellation. However, we didn’t want to cancel as there was no time to react and there were not many other options available. -When we arrived at the apartment, we realized that the living room window and the window in the single bedroom were not closing properly. It was cold at night and the window kept banging the whole night because of the wind. We contacted the host the following day to get it fixed. They said they would try to solve the issue, but the only thing they did was leave a bag with some blankets, which helped with the cold. Unfortunately, we stayed for a week without any real solution. What disappointed me the most was seeing comments mentioning the same window problem months ago. It seems they are aware of the issue but haven’t taken the time to fix it. -In my opinion, the apartment needs better maintenance and a deeper cleaning as well. - Overall, we managed to enjoy our days in Las Palmas, but I wouldn’t repeat the stay here for the price we paid.

Odlična komunikacija s osobljem. Super lokacija i osigurani parking bez kojega bi bili u problemu.

Jedan (od dva) tuša nije radio i iako je osoblje to komuniciralo dva-tri dana prije našeg dolaska, više nije bilo moguće tražiti drugu opciju smještaja, jer povrat novca nije bio moguć, a te smo informacije saznali nakon uplate. Problem je što se drugi tuš nalazi u sklopu jedne spavaće sobe i da bi se otuširali, morali smo ulaziti ljudima u sobu.
