Sleeps 12, Wooded Lot, Near Ark, Great for Family

Large clean home! Great for multiple families as well.

It would be helpful for the second queen bedroom to have a night stand and light by the bed. Not a huge deal but to those of us with glasses it would be appreciated 🤓

The house is great! Even the toiletries were great! The kitchen is complete and well organized and labeled. Lots of board games and toys for kids.

Suggestions: foam mattresses and a bigger dinning table. Didn’t impact negatively our stay, just a great upgrade for the next guests.

The house is in close proximity to the Ark Encounter & is a spacious house for a large family/group. We all absolutely loved the ‘Wall of guests’ in the kitchen area & we too were able to add in our notes of thanks & encouragement to the hosts.

Noticed some cobwebs in the main bedroom area by the corner of the bed frame &/mirror.

every thing was beautiful.

the master shower was small for a man. had to bend down to get my hair washed.

We like the accommodations to fit all of our family members in one place and have to deal with the hotels set up…it felt like home.

We didn’t like only having one television location in one large room especially without cable connection plus the television wasn’t that large. The thermostat caused problems because we couldn’t set it to a temperature that kept the lower & upper part of the house warm or cold so that was a little annoying but we managed to adapt.
