Cozy Room In Genting Highlands Tower 2

I used to stay at different Genting Highlands Towers. Tower 2 is in the ideal location. The lobby has many food varieties, covering breakfast to supper, with affordable prices. The room is newly refurbished, so the cleanliness and ambience are impeccable. Due to peak season, we arrived late at night due to the heavy traffic jam. The contact person, James, is still patiently waiting for our arrival to pass us the key. Overall, the environment is quiet and comfortable, providing us perfect 2-night rest without any disturbance, just as its name, Cozy Room. Thanks.

The pillow is not comfortable. Me and my wife can't sleep for the whole night.

Staying Date - 19.01.2025. The room was small but clean and comfortable, perfect for our one-night stay. Cozy Hotel, a subsidiary of First World Hotel, is located in the Second Tower of First World Hotel and offers excellent value for money. I am giving Cozy Hotel its rating solely because of the exceptional service provided by Mr. Newman Bong. He is a true gentleman. This was my first-ever visit to Genting Highlands, and I had no idea where the First World Hotel lobby was, as the hotel is like a maze. I had just arrived directly from Langkawi and was very tired. I contacted Mr. Bong about my arrival, and he asked me to reach out to him when I arrived. When I did, and he realized it was my first visit, he asked for my location and came to receive me. This gesture truly surprised me, as it saved me from a lot of hassle. Mr. Bong was incredibly friendly and helpful. Before I could even request guidance on navigating this maze-like hotel, he explained everything in detail, including how to access the hotel, use the lifts, and find different areas. He even offered to walk with me to ensure I understood the layout. In short, while the hotel was good, it was Mr. Bong who made my experience exceptional. Thanks to him, I was able to explore the hotel freely and without stress. A big thank you to Newman Bong!

The staff from booking was very helpful and he handed as the room key very quickly and made our check in very easy but the hotel staff them self are well below expectations

I dont know how to go from 1st world Hotel to outdoor theme park..😔 Oh yar..not much plug only got 1 at dressing table..
