"Double booked unit"

The studio was double booked. The landlord took us to stay at Turing Locke, a new hotel, a taxi ride from Central Cambridge.

Property was double booked. Despite 2 messages I received from the landlord with instructions about access and no luggage storage post checkout, the issue of double booking was not identified until we arrived at the unit, accessed the keys following instructions provided, and discovered other people’s belongings. To give landlord credit, he drove us to Turing Locke hotel and paid for our stay there.
