"Beautiful location but incomplete information and poor service"

Great location close to Sanssouci park. Nice interior with great taste.

One window faced the car park which impacted privacy and was concealed on their photos. Despite the mention of garden and terrace on booking.com, there was no outdoor seating option available at the apartment. The setup of the apartment was changed and there was no longer a dining area. Water didn’t warm up properly. I contacted Potsdam Design Apartments via email about those issues and asked them to check whether I could move to a different apartment but they never even replied.

The location is acceptable

Non existent service, hardly any facilities, the existing one , WiFi does not work Rude staff, apt no 3 is a very small room, don't take it In summary no value for the price charged

Location overall was very good, close to Altstadt. It was easy to collect the keys and the person at the reception desk was very nice...just wished it was at the same location as the apartment.
