Casa Tea: nel cuore del centro storico

La situation est idéale, à deux pas de la place des quatro campi: idéal pour se reposer entre les visites. L’appartement est généreux, avec différents espaces pour se reposer. Il est très bien aménagé et équipé. L’hôte est « aux petits soins », très arrangeant et cordial. Nous y reviendrons certainement lors d’un prochain séjour à Palerme!

Simone was beyond lovely and easy to communicate with. His apartment is charming— very cool design throughout and manages to be both centrally located and absolutely quiet. A total gem, cannot recommend highly enough!

A wonderful apartment in a historical building smack in the centre of Palermo. The host has been kind, accommodating, helpful, and hospitable, well beyond even the high Sicilian standards of hospitality.

Beautiful apartment and fantastic host who couldn’t do enough for us on arrival. Our flight was two hours late and he also gave us a late check out. The location can’t be beaten. Pubs, restaurants , street market and live street entertainment only around the corner.

Apartment was spacious and in the perfect location. Simone the host was the best of the best and made us feel comfortable and at home upon our arrival. He is the most gracious host there can possibly be and he even did us a favor and coordinated a return to the airport car to pick us up when we departed.

The location was absolutely spot on, so central to everything & to top it all off, the owner of the apartment, Simone, is amazing...nothing was too much trouble! Would absolutely recommend 😊

We really liked the apartment - it was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect - 2 minutes from the old town, but on a quiet and safe little street. The host was very friendly, helpful and welcomed us with an ice cold prossecco. :)

Perfect apartment, for a couple, could easily hold 3/4 persons. Well designed, good facilities, great location, quiet street off via Marquada. 600 year old building holds its charm. We'll selected art pieces to decorate. 2 powerful air-conditioners, multiple balcony, nice loft space for yoga/relaxing, very comfortable bed! Superb host, anyinor inconvenience was delt with promptly.

Everything was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, clean, lovely thoughtful touches so it felt homely and had everything you could need for your stay. Amazing location just near the 4 Canti and Piazza Pretoria, 10 mins walk to station, yet very quiet at night so very peaceful. Friendly welcome from Simone and good communication. Highly recommended.
