Cabin and Hot Tub, New Forest

Loved the quirkiness, peaceful escape. Relaxing in the hot tub whilst listening to the birds.

It's a little picky but shower was hot & couldn't adjust temperature.

Nice walking area.

Hot tub was dirty, stones and bits in the bottom, no cover either, so when it rained we were wet through, it wasn't fun, we tried to persevere. I know that sounds weird as we were in water already. Cobwebs in room, and It smelt damp. Had to ring owner as hot water went off and I was already freezing with towel round me, they weren't on site but the cleaner came to sort it quite quickly. Needed to read description properly really, as we could have stayed in a nice hotel for the price we were charged. Expensive for 2 nights. Bathroom is in horse box outside, which was a real faff in the middle of the night and when you want to shower or use the facilities. I'm sure others may find it querky. Depends what you want. We wanted a cosy couple weekend away. Where we could snuggle up and relax. No sofa, or anywhere comfy to sit together, we could snuggle in bed but who wants to go to bed at 7 pm. The only other option was to sit at the tiny table. Not for us, but depends on what you want.

a fence would’ve been good next to the hot tub for more privacy as there is another cabin next door

Anna was very accommodating nothing was too much trouble , it was lovely and quiet and very private , the hot tub was really good and very relaxing , watching the deers graze outside the Hay barn was a bonus , everything was provided by Anna , she has thought of everything to make it a home from home
