Met by the host who was welcoming and helpful & the place was immaculate. The location was great as we were five minutes from the ferry terminal and close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the beaches. It is also very quiet The beds were comfortable and the appartment is well stocked with all you may need as well as being secure and private We would love to return

The location was excellent-- off the main road by a block, but very easy to find. It was quiet but very close to access to shops and restaurants and the boat to Venice.

Excellent location. Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities. Very comfortable and clean. Sara is an excellent host and quick to answer all messages.

Some noise could be heard in the mornings from the young family upstairs. There is lots of storage space but perhaps some space to hang long items would be useful but none of these points were a huge problem.

The appartement was new (renovated 3 month ago), modern, fully equipped kitchen and clean. The support by the staff was excellent. The location is genius in the middle of Lido de Venezia with their restaurants, the supermarkets, the near beach and the 5 minutes walk to the Vaporettos (water buses) where your have direct access to Venice and the lagoon (Burano).

The appartement has two rooms with a double bed. The duvets are typical italian, one duvet for the complete double bed. We rather like separated duvets for every person.
