They did not even bother turning up answering any of our phone calls or any of our taxes if I was anyone I would never use this place ever

Mice in kitchen, lack of instructions, poor communication, Access not a ground floor flat, lack of kitchen crockery, no terrace, no plug for sink, description inaccurate, lack of wardrobe or hanging clothes options in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Difficult to contact the owner to get in and no response when asking for more cups etc. back entry open with rubbish piled up from restaurants next door they accessed the hallway 24/7! Disgusting smell. Contacted owner no response! Contacted booking .com awaiting response!

The location was a bonus and a curse. Right in the thick of the activity, great for getting around and enjoying Brighton. That also meant there was constant noise from patrons to garbage and delivery trucks. Hosts were responsive to our requests.

We booked a 4 week stay but only stayed for 2 because of the noise. Great location for a short stay where you want to go out every night and party. Good for a group of friends not a family. The place sleeps 9 but only has 1 shower. Two toilets which is good. Kitchen not really set up for family cooking. The unit is on 4 levels! Ground level is a spiral staircase in the entry. 1st floor is kitchen and living room. 2nd floor main bedroom and bathrooms. 3rd floor two bedrooms. Nowhere to store your clothes in the bedrooms.

The flat is on a busy street and it was very loud which is to be expected but we did find we kept waking up during the night because of the noise.

The location.. and decor was ok

It was over 3 floors and one staircase was spiral and none of this was stated in the ad description. We had to clean most things to use in the kitchen before use. There was no plug for bath and plug in kitchen sink didn’t fit. Toaster didn’t work either.. there needs to be a more clear description of this ad on your site. As the stairs are a hazard for young children or people with problems climbing stairs. And the general cleaning could be of a better standard.

Fantastic location if you are out and about in the lively part of Brighton. Very clean apartment. Good bathroom and plenty of hot water.
