Pleasent staff

It was convenient for a party we were going to.

We were given a very warm welcome and the staff paid great attention to my wife's dietary needs for both our evening meal and breakfast. For a hotel chain I was most surprised by the attentiveness of the staff. The room was located in a cottage which had been converted into bedrooms. The room was comfortable and clean and in good repair as was the ensuite. Excellent shower. The car park had plenty of room and there are country walks nearby.

There was nothing we did not like about our stay.

The beds were really comfortable , and the staff were all lovely

Rooms were quite dated but they were very clean and comfortable

Some minor repairs in the bedroom eg: curtain hook, sink plug, toilet roll holder
